First off, your car either does not move or has springs. Next you wana get yourself some shocks and springs or coilovers. If you want to go performence, while going lower, I really like H&R springs if you dont want to pay ~$1000 for full coilovers. Race springs (~2.25") will give you stiffer rates and a lower drop then sports springs (~1.5"). If your going low just for looks Tein S-techs are pretty good. Avoid Tokico blues as your shocks, they are cheap and really bad quality. Everyone seems to like Koni yellows, but my illunias are working fine for me.
A coilover lets you ajust your ride hight, but many people complain on how uncomfortable the ride is, something you may be interested in if your going show. hope this helped.

1st gen CRX's and 3rd gen Civics have a torsion bar front suspension and a beam rear axle. Coilovers will only apply in the rear.

head out to red pepper racing and check their FAQ, you will have to reclock the torsion bar in the front and figure out something for the springs for the back as well as realign the panhard bar in the rear.
ooooor you can give the car to me, since it is an old no-good POS honda anyway ;-)

Ground Control has rear coilovers for your car.

Red Pepper Racing has lots of info about lowering the front

The front suspension has an adjustment nut on each side but it's not a very wide range of adjustment. You can rotate the torsen bar ro further lower the car but IIRC you have to re-key the teeth. I HIGHLY recommend buying the shop manual for your car.
Although ground control makes coilovers for the rear, they don't actually fit right. Either you have to install them upside down (I don't like this idea) or you have to replace the factory stock upper rubber mounts with something like this:

for someone giving so much advice on suspension, you dont know ******* jack about 3g civic/1g crx suspension.
there arent any "springs" up front because it uses torsion bars, not typical coil springs.
like rineracing mentioned, there a nut for adjustment. i dont know much about that suspension more than that, but i figure you can do something about that. redpepperracing has all the 1g crx info.

yah the front has torsion bars my 87 integra ls has the same,
springs in the back and torsion bars in the front
You can lower the front with a screw but unless you want to bottom out all the time and hit every bump you go over you may want to start looking at aftermarket or bigger torsion bars, and the GC or lowering springs on the back, but of course you'll also want some new shocks/struts
I'm planing on goin Tokico Gas 5 way adjustable
I know I prolly didnt help but hey there ya go
BTW check your manual should have it in there
