Default 97-98 ITR lift duration cam specs????

Im considering purchasing these because they are cheaper than ctr's.Is it a noticable power increase with the civic type r cams or 00-01 itr cams.Anyone know the specs on them and the difference between the two?

As far as I know the intake cam on that year is different than the ctr intake cam. 2000+ itrs have the same intake and exhaust cams.

http://www.nof3ar.cjb.net/ Thats a site with info on the ctr. Scroll down near the bottom and there is a list containing " b series engine specs" that has all the cam info for all the b series motors

Is it just the intake cam that has changed?Has there been proven dyno cam increases?

for 3 measly degrees of duration i don't think anyone has doubted the slight increase in duration will make more power enough to waste money dynoing the cams back to back.
