just a quick question searched around but didn't find much.
I have an aftermarket alarm in my car that was installed when i bought it. Due to the location of the siren in the engine bay and the heat from the exhaust manifold without a heatshield it was slightly melted, and thus no longer works.

I have called a car audio shop locally and they said they had nothing for me, radio shack, Canadian tire, and walmart had no single sirens. There were cheaper alarm systems but i wasn't going to pay 100 bucks for just the siren.

So my question is does anybody know where i might be able to get one? i am open to online options but was unsure of where to start looking i don't know who would carry something like this.

Ebay is your friend. Any 12v siren should work. Do a search for "alarm siren". most are going for $9.99.
