can i use a a6 head on my 94 civic?

i am going to be building a non-vtec engine and am using a d16a6, will my dx ditributer still work with that? thanks

a d15b7 distributor should work with a d16a6 head because they are made from the same cast. If the d15b7 is the motor you have you can just put the a6 cam into it and not worry about swapping heads.
