HARD TIME CHOOSING LOWERING SPRINGS
Hey h-t peeps
This is going to be my first drop...I'm wondering which spring to get and which is better qulity. I'm choosing right now between tanabe's gf/nf 210's .vs. tein s-tech. I don't want a real low ride..just something that will give me that appearance, ride, track qulity. I haven't heard much about tanabe around here. So ahre some ideas. I plan on doing this soon. I will wait to get some responses and probaly order a spring set next week.
as always thanks

I have VIS Racing adjustable coilovers on my car with stock struts. I don't know if they still make them but thats what I have. The ride is pretty comfortable and the springs feel quite soft to my preference. But then again I'm into the stiff performance stuff. But I recommend the Vis Racing adj. coilovers.

Sprint sport springs...good ride with KYB AGX's, about a 2in drop, decent spring rate...probably stiff enough for what you're wanting...I've had mine for 4 years.

Same here, I'm using my progress springs with tokico struts & I like the setup.

Thanks...and yes.

I like my progress/illumina setup. The springs are a progressive rate so you still have a decent ride on the streets as well as a stiff ride for aggressive cornering. All around drop is 2.3" for eg's.
i rock H&R sports with Koni Yellow's on my 2k civic.
it had dropzone coilovers with some generic shox and it's 10x better.
the drop isn't very much, but with the koni's set at full firm it handles nice.
stiff but definetly streetable. a little more bouncey than my ITR
