He supposedly works at a performance shop in Miami or close by, this was on a customers car and the customer sold his RSX. His paypal account has met its maximum limit for the month so I agreed to send him a downpayment to get it shipped out to me and send him the rest after I had a tracking #, he is now avoiding me. I am going to make his life a living hell
Any additional info would be greatly appreciated as my great uncle is a State Police officer and lives in that area.
