How can I stop the doors from locking when the engine is running?

 

No answer so far.
Can I set it so the doors don't lock when the engine is running or not?

 

Since I dont have power locks I cant exactly tell you, but have you taken a look into the manual that came with the car? if there was a factory set way to do it, no better place than to find it but there, and when you do, let me know I'd like to do that on my moms crv.

*edit* I am going to guess that you have an OEM alarm though. If its aftermarket, read their manual or call the company up and they should be able to tell you.

 

I've got a '99 LX, I'm pretty sure that mine dont' lock automatically.

Do you have an alarm system or such hooked up?
