A, E, & F in the boxes just means that wire is continued somewhere else. Find an arrow pointing upwards with an F, maybe on the following page or 2. That's the continuation of that wire.
Inside the green circles are wires that are actually connected to one another. For example follow the wire upwards from the E in your red circle. It ends with a dot on that brown/black wire, meaning it's actually connected. Look right a bit, where the other vertical wire crosses, there's no dot. That means the wire isn't actually connected.
Just for yuks, look above at the sensor wires. All those black dots are located on the dotted lines, not the solid lines. The dotted lines are the shields around each of those wires. Not the center wire itself.
G101 is a grounding point. Somewhere earlier in the electrical section is drawings of the car, showing where all the grounding points are located.
edit...
Since you asked about components, most are labeled pretty good, like injectors. KS is the knock sensor. CYP, TDC, & CKP sensors are those toothed-wheel sensors down in the base of the distributor (they control spark & injector timing). Wiring harness connectors are labeled like C221 or C101.
The numbers along the left edge are pin numbers at the ECU. There's 4 big plugs, A B C & D. But on my '95 C is not used.
One problem... down near the bottom, I wonder why the EVAP purge control solenoid is labeled 'B18C1 engine' since it's on both engines. It's not marked that way in my Helm book.

if you willing to help me out, components and explanation of the symbols. If you know both please help me out, that would be nice.
