Default 2000 Accord engine swap... worth it...!?

Hi me again peoplezx, I want your honest and (hopefuly) helpful opinions about my new up coming proyect. what I'm trying to do is built/own the faster All-motor Accord sedan (at least in the caribbeans; not a lot of competition compare to the US) I have an 00 Accord (sedan) I also have a 02 Acura's TL 3.2 SOCH VTEC engine seating in my garage for a few weeks now (I purchase that engine cause someone told me it would fit right at home in an Accord; something I'm really not sure yet, and that it would be more than enough; ofcourse with the tricks, to make some real power and make good times on the track) I honestly don't know much about this engine, (all I DO know is B, D, H(F) ZC, K series, but J series, it's not really my thing) I just want the best for my Accord (with the times in the track) The first opcion (the original opcion) was a H23 (H23 below & H22 VTEC above) I really think the a H series itzx the way to go on the car, but that's where you all come in with your opinions... Thankz in advance for your help people, I really appreciate it...

I personally would do the H series swap. Then again, I know nothing about the 3.2 TL motor...

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I doubt the V6 3.2 TL engine will "feel at home" in the accord unless you did some major modifications. It is the engines from the CL that will fit right in an accord since they are F series engines I believe. But then again why swap in another F series engine if you want performance?

All motor performance is hard to do... for less money you could just get some forged pistons and rods for Accord then put on a turbo kit and call it done. If you are set on all motor then I hope you have deep pockets. Good luck though.

Well to tell you the truth my bodget itzx kinda of limited, but if I can get what I want, I would really consider going the extra mile (if you know what I mean) economicly talking, altough like I said I just want to have the faster All-motor Accord. My racing team (gang, group, peoplezx, whatever you want to call it) we have the fastes All-motor (4cilinders) Honda Civic (EG 92-95) full-drag 1/4mile: 11.1sec. (maybe for some people here, that's not good times on the track, but in DR-Dominican Republic and in all the caribbeans we got the record still) so we/I just wanted to do something else for some other categories; BIG-heavy-long but, still fast as hell, basicaly that'zx my goal 4 now... but thankzx a lot, I going to keep searching for dome more logic swap for my car... Peace

if your 00 accord is a 4 cylinder, h22 would be a good n/a engine, if your 00 accord is a v6, the cl type s motor + 6 speed tranny would be your best engine

if you are down for some dirty word, there's two ways you could go grab a h23 and boost it(notice i said h23).

or if you insist on no blower, keep the v6, find a manual tranny from CL-S and throw it in. Just to give you a warning on this, you'll end up with alot of wire works since most of the harness for the motor is different from f to c motor.

there's no cams, or much custom internal for the v6.
