where's the FITV for the EG CIVIC?

does anyone know where's the FITV for the EG CIVIC
i kinda having some problem with the idle for my RPM
can some1 get me a picture of the FITV
please help

i dont have a pic but its attatched right below the throttle body. it has a coolant hose running to it
