Yeah p28 is obd1 vtec ecu..
you need
obd0-obd1 conversion harness
obd1 distributor (you have already on the z6 head)
obd1 ecu (you have already)
4 wire o2 sensor from any 92-95 honda/acura

..You can use your obdo injectors if you like..But if you want to run the obd1 injectors on the d16z6 head you have to remove the resistor box and solder the wires together..

Also you have to run the 4 wires for vtec..Some people sell the the obd0-obd1 harness with the vtec wires in them,,

Hey also you could use the integra pg-7 which interfaces directly with your si harness. this ecu has good low and midrange rpm power.

I dont know what he means by civic/crx harness ..he could just mean a stock civic/crx wire harness..I dont know..?..Ask him and make sure if its the conversion harness or not..
and yeah you need to run the one 4 wire o2 sensor..

I dont even know why that guy mentioned that ecu to begin with..But it would work with a vtec motor..You would just have to get an external vtec controller..

p28 is the best ecu for this..
