Default Need help quick! (engine help)

I have built a Y8 and putting it into my 91 Si. Well I was down to putting the oil pan and the little spout thing inside the oil pan back on. Well go to look for it and it's gone. One of my brothers little friends lost it.

Can I use the one out of my A6? Or does anyone have an extra one?

Ok use the one out of your a6. I believe it should bolt up. Here is what you need to do if you want to be safe. Measure the vertical distance between the oilpan rails and the bottom of the pickup. Then measure depth of the y8 oilpan. Just make sure the pickup will actaully sit in the oil and do its job.

it should bolt up but check the depths of the oil pans to see if there the same size cause if the a6 oil pan is shorter you could have touble getting oil though the higher RPMs
