Woohoo! New Millenia Wheels for Cheap!
Just picked me up a set of Millenia wheels for $212 shipped to my door. I'm going to be using them as my autox/track wheels next year.
I plan on painting them black as soon as they get here...

Which rims are these?
they're mazda millenia wheels. they're the same bolt pattern as the ITR's and they're relatively cheap which makes them excellent track wheels.
I bought rims and tires froma buddy of mine for $75. They are the steel wheels and all season tires that Tire Rack sells. He sold his stock ITR wheels to a guy with a ITR and the guy gave him the steelies and tires plus $650. The guy used the steelies for his everyday rim and tire combo cause his ITR wheels had his autocross tires on them. The tires have probably about 85% tread on them still! I am getting them mounted this weekend to use for the winter.
I know this has nothing to do with Millenia wheels or autocrossing, but I was just happy to get a great deal being I priced the same thing at Tire RAck and they quoted me a price of about 5-6 hundred dollars.

Guys, I got the Millenia wheels from RCS Auto Recyclers in Tyler, Texas.
http://www.rcsautoparts.com/ $45 each and I think they have more...
There are the perfect track wheel solution for me - at least for now. They were cheap and will save me about 4 lbs. of unsprung weight at each corner...
I'm going to slap some Azenis on these bad boys and go to town.
For those interested there is also a set on E-bay:

Thanks for the heads up, just won the bid on Ebay and will get the Mazda wheels shipped for $227.50 !!! (hopefully, just won about 5 minutes ago)
I may go to nationals this year and need every advantage ! Most likely I have to lay down some change for Hoosiers. That will be the last mod because going with adjustable shocks will be too much $$$.

Sweet, I was hoping somebody here won that auction. I just cleaned mine very well over the last weekend. Next weekend comes the sanding, the black primer, and the flat black paint.
I was amazed at how light they felt compared to stock...

i got my millenia wheels for $200 off ebay. i have the newer uglier style, but they are the same size/offset and weigh 12.5lbs or less.
yup same size. This is the reason we autocrossers buy these wheels. They are cheap and stock class legal.
WOOHOOO, the shipping was reduced because I told them to keep the tires and just send the wheels. Wheels final cost is $192 !! I just hope they are not bent. I don't care about scratches or dings. (I forgot who recommended this to me, but thank you for the advice on the shipping charges !!! U DA MAN!!!)
