The rs i am buying has an ITR tranny and i was wondering what exactly the benefit of that is, technically let me know

 

short gears, LSD

 

but what will that do, will it rev up faster or what?

Yes. Plus you are at a higher RPM at lower speeds. You basically accelerate faster.

If you like gas its kinda of a bitch..

Meaning,on the freeeway I am at about 4200rpm's in 5th gear at 80mph.which is fun but my car feels like it needs a sixth gear.

Exactly. My car pulls hard in 5th still.

 

it's soo worth it, be glad you are getting your car with the itr tranny
