I need mild steel 15 degree bends made out of 2" and 2&1/4" piping. Any help please!!!

I don't think you'll find a premade piece, going to have to find someone with a mandrel bender willing to make a couple pieces.

A mandrel bender will run about $100k. I don't think anybody here can afford that.

Check yahoo or Burnsstainless.com. They can do what you want, and give top notch work. They are not the cheapest, but everybody says their quality is second to none.

 

What is it for that it has to be one piece? You can make what you're looking for with one weld in it. I can see wanting one piece, but it's not too feasible in this situation.

 

I'm guessing perhaps a parallel merge collector? that angle is common for a 4-1 collector.

Take it to a muffler shop. A 15 degree bend should not crimp on the inside since it's a very small angle.

If you are a bit skepticle just have them do a practice piece for you and inspect the pipe before giving them yours.

It's probably your cheapest bet as well. But like I said... have them do a test pipe out first to make sure the inner walls do not collapse/crimp.

 

How many 2" 15's do you need? What wall?

 

I need 4 of them I think 16 guage is that standard?

Wed-thur of next week I'll be bending 2". If you send me an email I can bend you a few for pretty cheap.

 

From what I see burns only sells stainless steel.

Karter, I doubt you will find many who can beat that pricing. In case you don't think I'm real, here is a little part we just setup today. We just ran 120 of these off.
