Default What do you think I can get for my H22A?

I'm thinking of selling my H22A because it's just sitting there next to my car and I don't see anytime soon having the money to complete my swap. What do you think I should ask for it and don't give me any lowball " I'll give you $500 for it" crap. I paid $1,850 for it before the P&P and rebuild work.

Stats on the engine:

OBDI JDM H22A (less than 40K obviously)

Full port & polish head & intake Manifold
Head completely rebuilt with all new seals/gaskets
Complete valve reworking (like new)
Head milled slightly to make sure of perfect head gasket seal
Hondata Intake manifold gasket portmatched to the P&P job
Oil pan tapped for a turbo oil line return (new gasket installed)
All other gaskets/seals for engine not used included
(bought complete engine seal/gasket kit)

Basically, it's a brand new H22A with a port & polish job.
Any ideas or should I just put it on ebay? Thanks

$1300? I paid $1850 and put a ton of work into the engine since. Please give me a realistic figure...

you got fucked on the motor.

with all the machining though... hrmm its hard to say. ~$1450 + cost of machining = sell it for that. finish your swap, or cut your losses.

All the machine/headwork would have cost me over $700 so....

How much more do you need to "swap" it?

I would weigh your losses (by selling it) versus your other losses (by spending a little more and installing it).

Worst case jack up the price on egay and it shouldn't have any problem selling for 2K.

Yeah, I think I'll just put it on ebay. Just hate to pay those fees and then people flake on you >< .
