I have a problem. I was changing my headlight bulbs to piaas for the first time. I used this diagram for help http://img.photobucket.com/alb...b.jpg

BUT then... My Dad insisted on helping. Well I come to find he totally removed the retainer spring and both him and I don't know how to put it back!

Is the diagram's retainer spring illustrated correctly? Please help! If someone has a picture of the correct fittment of the retainer spring please post it ASAP!

looks about right to me, theres a spot where one side pivits and the other side will hold the bulb into place when you push it in right.

 

Ever use one of those safety pins? Thats what the retainer spring reminds me of.

 

isnt it held on by a philips screw?

 

ahaha..LOL..my dad once looked into my engine bay and said...oh ****! That thing looks like a blow dryer thing-a-ma-giggy.....I laughed so hard....I'd never let him touch anything ever since he said that...
