Looks damn good! Was it painted or coated?

i was thinking about trying that with my stock bar too. looks good and i'm sure it will do its job a little better than stock. I would add pickups to the UCA mounts or nearby. that seems like a problem with that design to me.

i was planning on doing that using my ebay strut bar brackets that i had laying around but i got lazy

ya shock mounts might help. I just kicked a can of that same color/brand paint. looks pretty good on oil pans and whatnot. Even painted a 3" muffler with it. Is that crazy grinding or some body filler at the 2 joints?

quick question. on your bar it looks like the extension is more towards the driver side like the carbing. which the carbing is designed for the JDM civic so it clears the brake cup. on the US it clears but barley. so why not make yours to US spec. or i am just totaly wrong on this. and the carbing is ment to clear something else. but i doubt it. just a honest question

Bar looks nice but i would question it's functionability on the third point. It looks like your probably going to use 12 mm bolts. which are going to allow flexing on the top end. If you want to really beef it up, use at least 14 or 16mm. but it still looks nice.
