Default Two Freshly Painted Chameleon Civics

I finally got around to start updating my online pictures and there are a couple of projects that I haven't shared with you guys. The first civic just got done and is the best chameleon paint job I have seen done. The color is magenta to gold. This is probably the 10th chameleon paint job that has came out of our group of friends and it's only getting better. My buddy just got done painting and delivering this one to it's owner, I'm sure he'll chime in here. I know these aren't the typical Honda-Tech style cars but if I was posting some stock car with an $800 scratched up JDM conversion that nobody really recognizes it just wouldn't be as fun

We do not paint cars for any other people so please do not make any offers or requests for paint jobs.

The second is a car that has been painted for a while, it's silver to green. This is my buddy Jeff's car that we painted when we were still in an autobody program. His car is still in project status while he's getting his engine built.

Ha, I'm used to it, I've probably posted more chameleon car pics on this site than anyone else. For the most part, Honda-tech has responed really well to all of them. None of these cars are daily drivers, they are just fun cars we paint for the side and HT understands this.

Looks good, it'd be cool to have a car that always looks different.

There should be 12 pictures but they are hosted on a backup server and the connection is tempormental. I'll try to fix it when the site actually lets me connect to it again.

I like em'. They're different in a good way. Oh well if they don't fit most of the people on H-T's standards. I think they look damn good.

The second car had a lot of front end damage, I would love to see any body work or paint jobs that you have done because I can show pages of cars we have done that look much better than the skill-less bolt on crap you've done to your car.

You have to be kidding me, show me any flaw in either one of these cars. These are quality hard to do paint jobs that cost upwards of $4,000 at a shop that we are doing for $500 worth of supplies.

Anybody would kill to get this quality of a paint job for the price that we are able to do it at and it's shown by how I have to constantly tell people on HT every time I post pictures that we do not offer paint jobs. You need to get your head out of your ***.

well then maybe its just me and 99% of the people on this forum....but you couldnt PAY ME to rock one of those paint jobs, regardless of how pristine and professional the job is. Chameleon paint is for the ricers. Period, end of discussion, not the JDMrs.

Are you deaf? I am not talking about the choice of paint, I'm talking about the quality of the paint job and the skill of the painter. If you had any idea what kind of skill it takes to paint something like this you'd realize that if you take the same painter and a solid color paint job and you would get a truly flawless paintjob. If you could read you would have seen that I clearly stated that this wasn't the typical honda-tech JDM crap. Where do you bandwagoners end, please step back from your computer, evaluate yourself, and learn to have a mind of your own.

Currently transferring pics over to we-todd, give me a few minutes if you want to respectfully check them out.

are you serious? jdmrs (tool) People and their "jdm" think that they are so much better than everyone else. dont get me wrong, i love clean looking cars but to clasify cars as either rice or jdm is so stupid. the cars that he painted are tastefully done and none of the stock body lines were obstructed....its sad to see what the honda community is coming to, their is no room for originality. Just because you hopped on the jdm bandwagon, does not make your car any better.

props for your cars, and being someone who is learning how to paint, i give you the utmost respect.

I knew a girl who really wanted that kind of paintjob on her Cavalier. Haha, that's all I'm gonna say.

2nd one looks good because it's not purple with chrome wheels and eBay lights.
