It was black at one time but, all the paint cam off during the winter season

 

Color it with crayons, crayons are wax, should be waterproof then!

dude you really need a paint job, and clean those headlights to...i see all thes 96-00 civics with really messed up headlights i wonder what causes this?.....

 

grilled rice? how do you keep if from falling thru the grill?

my hatch doesnt have messed up lights and its a 99, i think they are like like 96-98 lights that are messed up

Hmm, I see that alot too, but mine don't look like that.

I think his camera might be why the paint looks so faded.

Paint the grill & rims black and then slam it.

 

my lights are the same.....haha thats why i dropped 100$ into ebay projectors....they haveta look better than what i got...98ex

 

paint the grill and those are some thick @$$ rubber, get lower profiles for those hx shoes. they make 55 series.

 

youre worried about your grill looking rice when you have a audiobahn stick across your windshield

Aren't the EK lights made out plastic? That would be the reason..... as the years of micro sized rock chips accumulate the little crevices left behind fill with dirt etc and it causes the lights to get a foggy hazy look. You can clean them with Plastic Polish used for motorcycle windshields and helmets.

 

lower it, get rid of stickers, lo pros, and for the pride of all civic owners....put some elbow grease into her..wax that baby

it's pretty rangi. straightten the mesh and paint it black
