i have a working acura tape deck in my eg hatch with the 6 digit radio code. did a swap and cleared ecu. so i turn ignition. dial in radio code and get a *beeep* sound. from what i heard it should be unlocked after this but its not. the faceplate still reads: code
am i doing something wrong?

 

are you sure its the right code? i only have 5 digits.

 

i think some are different with the amount of digits. but why would it beep if it wasnt the right code?? im stumped
