i just put a jdm b18c manual into a 95 rs auto. the car turns over but won't make spark. i used the rs harness and wired vtec knock and aib to ecu. the car shows no codes. i have tried switching out the icm and the coil from the motor i took out of the car and still no spark. i have.08 volts coming out of the ecu to the yel/grn wire while i am cranking. . at the ICM i have 10.32v at the pole where the signal wire slides on with the yel/grn wire unhooked, i have 12.41v at the blk/yel, 12.42 at the wh/blu 11.45 at the blue, 12.43 at the coil inputs and 12.27 at the coil output when the key is on. any ideas? i have checked all the grounds and all the connectors to the engine harness, and checked continuity from the signal wire at the ecu to the icm.

you from mississippi? double check all grounds are connected.. like the one next the the tranny

 

byhalia,ms- i checked my grounds, and i have continuity from the frame to the motor.

 

Did you check the spark plugs?

 

i'm not even getting spark out of the coil.

 

where the heck is byhalia? im from jackson.. bad dizzy maybe..

 

check ur distributor, i beleive that is gone... check it again

sending the distributor back to osaka motors to swap for another. i hope that fixes it.
