Default Tein HA on DC5, having a problem.

I just installed a used set of Tein HA suspension on my RSX Type-S. I left the settings how they were. About a 1.8inch drop with the front camber plate all the way out to keep it from negative camber. When I put them on my car I had a bad case of negative toe on both front wheels. I took it to get an alignment and the guy told me that he had to pull the tie rod almost to its last threads to have 0 toe. He told me it was dangerous to drive it (ofcourse) and said I must find a solution to make the rod longer. Have any of you guys had this problem, and how did you solve it?

ps. Sorry for the long post.
