Default putting a big throttle body??

hie...greeting from malaysia

just to share some stuff i did to enlarge my throttle body!

i put in and alfa romeo throttle body which estimate 75mm on the outside and 70mm for its butterfly!

how does it feel?...

well...low end few a bit lag...high end where the power comes!

i think this will work really weel on a very high Hp engine...especially on a b20 which atw 200hp++

here some pic!!

its not that lagyy-lag! just minor ones...that u can feel (maybe sometimes wont also) in ur low ends...just very perticular people for their rides will complains i guess..(well nothing can be perfect in this world...u have to give and take! hehe)

however the respond for 200hp engine was superb!!! i try it once in my b20 204hp atw...really feel a lot of difference...

after i blew the engine i swap it with a b16a..the throttle respon was good...after that feel a bit slightly! heavy...when the vtec opens u can feel a lot of difference...

but all this thing still depends on what setup for ur engine

my b16a now with toda c cams and haltech e6k engine managment now producing 170atw (its still not so bad to plug in that huge throttle body i guess)

there's once here in malays in an EG body with a b20 engine using the same method as mine (throttle body with type R intake) producing 238hp atw...

so i guess u dun really need a after market part for ur N/A engine...

however to really maximise things! u need them! hehehehe

this is just a simply method that i wish to share
