Yes, it is!

Somehow, I'm sure one can be purchased but I'm thinking they are made to order and not mass produced.

wow.
that rear view is sooooooooo sick.
I wish there was a hardtop S2000 available from Honda in that exact configuration.
not that there is anything wrong with the oem S2k but its nice to see something so different and from a race-bred design, plus they would do it if they saw a market for it.

it would certainly be interesting to see a US company copy the desgn and market it here in the states. I bet they would sell a few hundred just to people lookng to have something "different", especially if it was not too expensive.

Seeing as how the regular hardtop's price has changed very little, "not too expensive" would still have that thing exceeding $5,000 im guessing...and that to me for something that would basically be a cosmetic addition to the car is just too much, i'd rather drop $5K on something like developing my back yard or something...lol. Plus, its not all that attractive, the S2000 has its own specific design, i wouldnt want people to be like "Oh, damn i thought it was a porsche" just glancing at it...i like the questions i get regularly "Thats a honda?" "Honda made a sports car?" and the infamous (for me atleast) "What'd that set you back...$60K-$70K?" People are like baffled when they find out what a deal these damn things are...

Yes the spoon HT is very nice looking...but how the hell can you open the trunk? I think the styling of the spoon HT would compromise functionality...i'm still a mugen HT fan, even though its hella expensive.

If you look at the pics, it lloks like there is a break in the hardtop near the back. Maybe its hinged there and goes up wiht the trunk.

I don't really like the look of that HT. It looks ok on that racecar, but for a street car, I don't think it would look all that great.

I think any hardtop would improve top speed. Less overall drag than softop or no top.

True, but I would like to know the actual difference. I know that No top has a faster acceleration then with the top up. Less Drag. I'm assuming the top speed increases aswell without the top up.
