cel 43

i changed my hg and timing belt...i started it up and its cool at idle but when i rev it i get the code cel 43(fuel supply)...also radiator fan doesnt come on? any ideas?

forgot to mention i was recently turbo and it has a walboro 255hp...and the fan was working...would the relay just go out?
