Any H-T members out here in New Orleans. I'm in town for a couple of days on business and wondering what there is to do!!

 

I'm not from there, but went there a few years ago for a competition. We got a cool tour of the superdome, checked out bourbon street, don't let the 7 foot tall transvestites scare you, they were actually pretty cool. We went to a bunch of shops and such around the end of bourbon street and near Jackson square I think it was called. Watched cool street performers there too. Also took a tour of the cathedral there, very beautiful. there was a brewery I would recomend, but can;t remember the name of it...
Other than that, enjoy the food and try as much as you can, it was great, and even the stuff I didn't like at least I can say I tried, like sucking a crawdad brain... I highly recomend the poboys, they were great.
I know there is probably a ton more stuff to do there but that's all I can really remember besides having a blast, it was like 6 years ago that I went...
