Default Has anyone had problems with Truechoice?

I returned $511 worth of unused and unusable (wrong size springs and adjustable sleeves) to them at the end of November. They were unable to supply the proper parts and said they'd refund my money. I have talked with them on 4 occasions since, and still have yet to receive a refund. They're really dragging their heals. Anyone else have trouble like this with Truechoice?
Thanks

No problems with the stuff I got from them, but then I haven't returned anything.

Yes, but then I always have problems with shocks (first Shocktek and now Truechoice).

Truechoice sent me my front shocks in October (small fiasco with the rear shocks) with springs. They sent the rear shocks in December with no springs. I didn't want to deal with them anymore, so I just ordered springs from RD Enterprises. I ordered 7" springs because that's what the front shocks had (silly me for jumping to assumptions). Got the 7" springs, but those are too short, as I found out when I installed one shock and the rear tire was lodged so far inside the wheel well it wouldn't spin.

I'm hoping 9" springs solve the problem.

That and all this began at the beginning of August and I was told everything would be ready in 2 weeks.

rotflmao - I've seen Dave's wheel studs!

Seriously - Dave, how did you pay w/ CC or by check, paypal, barter, etc? If CC, there are certain protections available that the mere mention of makes most companies hurry up with their accounting (apparently, Visa/MC is a bad ***** when it comes to charge disputes). I'd call them (again, if you have been doing so a lot lately) and tell them that the delay is unacceptable and that you will be turning the matter over to you card company to settle the dispute. That will likely unstick whatever is stuck in their accounting practices.

Yeah, CC disputes department is the next move if necessary. I'm giving them some leeway as they seem to have a good reputation.
