Default A6 block, Z6 head, ITB, and NOS. how to tune it?

OK, I'm going to use a stock sohc A6 block, a Z6 head with a mild cam, individual throttle bodies and nitrous( probably a 55-75 shot, not sure what kind) and a VAFC to adjust things. Its all going into an 88 Si CRX. its going to be street setup, probably turn out pretty ghetto. I'm not sure if I'm going to wire the VTEC up by using an obd1-0 jumper harness and a p28 ECU, or run a mugen LS ecu and a switch to activate VTEC. I was thinking of using an obd0 B16 ecu also. I know it would be best to wire everything up correctly, but this is just a little project for fun. Anyway, with the cam, nitrous and ITB's, what kind of tuning would I need? do I need a dyno, or can I just drive it around and adjust things as I go? If I use an aftermarket cam gear, would that need to be setup on a dyno, or just retard it a little?

come on, somebody has to have some input. I've searched, and these are the only questions I have left.

Find a dyno, find a standalone, and find a good tuner.

Depending upon the ITB setup you might have to invest in something more expensive than Hondata to get it to run right.

really? I wanted to put it together and get it running without using a standalone. I've already got something for that. so you don't think a VAFC, maybe a dyno, would get it to run correct?

Run the Obd 1 and p28 ecu.. with a vafc .. and talk to someone about a custom Map for a ECU chip...

make sure your ITBS are not to big... something like 41mm to 45mm
