i just swapped a obd1 b18c into a 95 rs auto. engine turns over, plugs are wet with fuel, but no spark. i used the stock rs engine harness and wired the vtec iab and knock to ecu. i have 9 volts at the yel/grn at icm and 12 volts at other 3 wires. i have 12 volts to the coil wires also. i have tried switching out icm and coil from rs motor, still no spark

any ideas?

 

everytime i've delt with a jdm engine the damn ignition module in the dizzy is bad
