Can someone tell me how much gas i have left in my tank when the low fuel light comes on? Thank you in advance.

It should say in your manual but I believe 2-3 gallons left.

i would say 30 miles dont take my word for it tho.. i have pushed to a point the needle was way past E.

one time i pulled of a 20 miles on a gas light on, and was driving at 90 and 115 mph's ..haha i was late to take a test at a college.. but yea 3 gallions sound right

 

depends on how you're driving (whether you're pushing your car to its limit, or being very conservative by not revving past 3000rpm), but on average, probably about 25 miles. now i can't verify this information, my only reference is my old lincoln where the dash would tell me how many miles i had until i went empty, and the light always came on when it said that it had 25 miles left.

 

my light always comes on at 14.1ish gallons, I have a 17 gallon tank. The most I drive with the light on is 45-50 miles

 

Mine comes on with about 3 gal.s left also. Next time yours comes on, stop at the nearest gas station and fill it up and you'll know for sure(assuming you know your gas tank capacity) Im guessing they are all probably about 17gal. tanks.

 

i've never had my gas light come on in my 96 EXR.....i think its broken
