Default 20w50 cause my car to idle lower?

I recently did seafoam and changed out my oil. It was running great for a while

but a little bit after i changed out the oil it started running sluggish as hell and

idling like crap. Normally my 98 h22a idles at about 800 rpm but recently it has

dropped down to about 400-500. I ran a compression test and it came out approx

130 across all 4 pistons. Any suggestions?
