91 accord seatbelts are lose
The auto seatbelts work fine but they fit loose...I figure when you hit the brakes they get hard but they don't. I guess the only secure belts I feel are the manual belts. Am I missing something here?

I have the same problem...so i try and remember to use the lap belts as well. If its the seat belt that is the problem...take it back to a Honda dealership and they should replace them for free.
Mine do the same and honestly I don't feel very confident they would lock up in the event of an accident
.
I think I will take mine to honda and see if they will service them for free (anyone ever done this...so far people only suggest it and I have my doubts of them performing a service on a 15 year old car

when it comes to safety (i.e. seat belts) the dealership will always replace/fix for free (it's the law) i took my '90 integra to acura 2 months ago, they replaced both (electric) seat belts for free...and i got a free car wash

Not always, only if they are defective. If they are damaged in an accident or your dog chews them in half they are your responsibility.
