Questions about how to identify the JDM Upper Rear Strut bar

Default Questions about how to identify the JDM Upper Rear Strut bar

Just wondering how can you identify the JDM Upper Rear STrut bar?

is there a specific markings that it may have??? Like on the strut bar mounting plates there markings like left or right?

any other hints you guys can share?

mounting plates look like this. Rest of the bar has no markings as faras i can see, just a polish thing.

dont they say type r on the ride side like the front oem strut bar

i belive you put the sticker on when u get it, so it could be anywhere. but ya usually on the right

Search would answer this BUT Look at the Inside of the Aluminum Bar, it shouldn't be solid or hollow it should have 2 strips of metal running the length of bar. So when you look at either end it looks like this [][][]

Great and thanks for all your help...

From the looks of the bar which I have in my hands right now...

it is the real one...

seein how that pic of the mountin plate is exactly the one picutred in mine..

to the person who owns that and took the pic of the mounting plate if you look around at the mounting plate there are markings with Right and left as well....

its the one on my car. There aren't any stickers etc on it. i guess it was never stickered up
