H&R Race question
Coming up this March, I'm changing my suspension.
I was thinking of going with H&R sports, but I am now sure of going with the Race springs and koni yellow shocks... I own a 1996 hatchback. Will it rub under the 205/45/16 tires? Here the roads are fine so no problem...so far I am just wondering for the rubbing...
Thank you!

If you must have Race Springs, I would try 205/40/16. It will be stiff, but it's a safer bet. I have Sports Springs at 205/50/15. I know it's different, but it does rub 10% of the time when I'm making a turn over bumps, like a steap driveway.
There is even some rub (very minor) with 195/55/15.
The point is, there will always be some rub, some times, in some situations.
I would stay with Sports springs with the wheel set up you mentioned if this is your daily driver. Better to be safe, and drive with the peace of mind that you'll be ok 90% of the time. Sports springs are good enough IMO.

GoLowDrew: Do you have any pics of your ride?
A lot of stuff not updated, but I think the mods since are 00 Si exhaust, K&N filter, and I now run on 205/50/15.
