let me guess, your asking about springs for this car?:

Well forget it, It looks nice and all but you walked in the worng forum for tech questions on that car. try looking here for that model. https://honda-tech.com/zeroforum?id=3

Now If I'm way off and you own an ITR then call me silly and forget everything I said.

Do you know if you want progressive or linear or a combination?

How and why did you come to your specific requirements for rates and lowering?

Doesn't look like the RSR's will fit your bill either though:

Integra 94-01
1.4F 0.8R 242F 173R

Eibach Prokits:

Eibach Pro kit:
Rate: F&R- 10-15% higher than stock
Drop: F&R- 1.3"
Progressive

Or H&R Sport or OE sports might be your answer:

H&R Sport spring:
Rate: Front- 276 Rear-276
Drop: Front- 1.75" Rear- 1.5
Front - Linear Rear- progressive

H&R OE Sport springs:
Rate: Front & Rear- 15-20% higher than stock
Drop: Front- .75 Rear- .75

thanks 1greyteg. eibach prokits look good to me. not sure what linear and progressive means. just wanted something that was stiffer with better handling characteristics that didnt give a drastic drop.

Linear=one spring rate
Progressive=2 (or more) spring rates.

is there advantages to either having a linear setup as opposed to having a progressive setup?

I can`t answer that since you are leaning towards H&R`s

if your gonna do springs and buy koni's, why not just buy omnipower coilovers, i head nothing but great stuff about them, and you can set the height to exactly how high you want

springs+koni's prob $600-$700 bucks

ominpower coilovers are $650 and you can get F 10k & R 8k or F 12k & R 10k
the first one 10k/8k whould be good for what your looking for

For a 1" drop get Eibach Pro-Kit springs, they drop the ITR 1" or 25mm front and rear, are slightly stiffer than OE springs and you still maintain some degree of somfort with improved handling.

iirc the Comptech's are rebadged Eibachs to their specs.

if u want ur itr shocks to last more than 3 months, DO NOT get spoon progressives. they will wittle and eat ur stock shocks away until there is nothing left.

Reread the post above. He mentioned getting Koni Yellows.

And as far as I can remember GK had that exact setup. But unfortunately there was an issue with him getting the correct ITR rear shocks. Might wanna ask him about that Exact setup and pick his brain and find out why he didn't persue it and went another direction entirely.
