I don't know about your local market, but 6400 sounds way too much for a 96-98, look on kbb.com and some other car appraisal sites to get a more accurate price for your area. The ultimate question; is the car worth that much to you?
That's a decent lookin hatch, where's the info on it? But yeah I would try to knock em down to about $5k if it has nice interior, if not try $4k. that's fairly low miles for a car that old.

Car looks clean but like everyones been saying, try to knock the price down, I have a 97 CX with 110000 miles and asking for $3800 only so compared to your's the price is a little high.
Wouldn't buy it for 6.4k. I bought my car: 97 EX w/ 2000 LS swap WITH AC, magnaflow full stainless exhaust, exedy racing clutch, 16" rota slipstreams, tokicko struts, skunk2 coilovers, mugen style front lip, short shifter, cd player, and stock steelies with 100% tires for winter, the interior is super clean and the exterior is pretty damn good for a 97. Got it for 6.8k. Look around some more.
Is there a huge price diff between hatches and coupe/sedans? I got my 98 EX for 9200 w/ 42K on it just last summer. Mint body & interior? If prices are that different, damn, I should have gotten a hatch.
its a florida car with low miles.. seems like a good price to me
check the space between the hood and trunk all the way up to the windshield on both sides to make sure it hasn't been banged up. if the space isn't even all the way up and you still want it.. point it out and talk em way down....

In an "enthusiasts'" market they do.
If you're an average Joe buying my hybrid hatch and offering 2-3 grand I will spit in your face and keep my losses.

I paid 10.6 k for my 98Civic Ex. It was stock with a CD player and ac. Only 56,000 miles on it. I wish I would've gotten a hatch now though. I like them better. Lighter.
But to you. If you like the car, and if you can talk them down a lil. Not bad mileage. I'm guessing it's pretty much stock which means you can make it your own. Buy it! I like the color. It's pretty.
