speedo jumping?!
i dont know if anyone else has experienced this, or if its just my car.... i'd be driving on the freeway at about 60mph then i'd hit a pretty deep puddle and my speedometer would jump to about 80-90mph real quick them drop back down to the normal speed. its only probably happened twice and its not a big concern of mine because everything functions perfectly, i was just curious what could be causing it to jump and if it has happened to anyone else.
most likely just a loss of traction, when you hit the water, you lost traction and your speedo went up to the speed of your wheels, untill you gained traction and then it showed the true correct speed
thats what i was thinking at first but i didnt feel my car lose any traction especially since i was going around bend in the freeway... but thanks for the input
