Clutch Trouble... Need advice!!!

Default Clutch Trouble... Need advice!!!
Hi. I own a 1994 honda civic EX 5 speed. When I turn on the car and put the car in 1st geart and as i release the clutch, the car doesnt move. The car stays in neutral. But the speedometer rises as i step on the gas even though the car isn't moving. Do i need a new clutch? Flywheel? or new transmission??? Does anyone know anythng about this please let me know ASAP> Thank you.

about how much would it be to replace a clutch myself? (Unexperienced) or to get it replace at a garage??
