How expensive is very expensive? I couldn't find a price online.

Also, does Optima make a small-form-factor battery? I love the red top I have in my Scout, but I'd have to mount it inside the Integra...

I could've used a Spoon battery today. My R wouldn't start. It's been hibernating for about 2 months now and that damn Clifford alarm must've drained all the juice.

Does anyone know if a motorcycle or ATV battery will work on our cars? These are light as hell and small too.

Mike, the Neon guys here in Phoenix have been running Lawn Tractor batteies for a while with no problems. $20 at Wal-Mart and they weigh around 15 LBS I believe, 1/2 the weight of a stock battery.

What about that Shawn guy from FF, what kind of battery does he have in his EK.
I think it's some kind of motorcycle battery.

You can also try the battery out of the 84-87 Civic/CRXs, it's pretty small.

I run a motorcycle battery in my civic/B18c5 hybrid. Its OE from a honda goldwing...weighs in at about 4 lbs, and has plenty of cranking power. afterall it was build for a 1600cc motor with plenty of accessories....I wouldn't run one in a daily driver in winter up north...but for racing it kicks ***. $65....

only downside is that its a high maintence battery so you have to keep the electrolyte levels up, etc...but no big deal.

I know the NSX guys use Odyssey batteries, which are nice dry cell batteries. They are lighter and have plenty of CCA. I think they actually use a motorcycle sized battery (PC680). I recall that you need to make sure they send you the right terminals though (car terminals).

What do you mean by high maintenence? I would like one, but not if it's a pain in the ****.

I need to start stamping parts with "Fork" and tripling the cost.
