Default Failed Emissions for a 93 JDM Prelude

I just failed my emissions, i have NO idea what i am gonna do. Here are my readings:
HC: Pass = 130 Mine = 144
CO: Pass is .70% Mine = 2.40% LOL
NOx: Pass 1522 Mine 838

So i passed the last one.... what the hell ! lol

I would think if you advanced the timing a little bit, it would burn the mixture more completely, but I'm not sure...May need some more input on that...

you are way too rich.
advance timing a little, reduce fuel pressure and maybe see about a new catalyst.

You do not need a new cat. What you need is an oil change, possible a tune up if not done within thw last 50K and/or advance timing
