Readjusting front bumper

I was just wondering how hard it is to readjust the front bumper of a EG92 if it isnt to hard can some one walk me through it too i dont wanna break any thing thats all

last time i checked you cant adjust your bumper if its crooked your radiator support is probbaly bent.
