ok i want to straight pipe my car and then stick a muffler on the end, right now i am looking for the muffler, but im not sure of what kind of muffler to put on. any suggestions or sites i can go to to check some more out? i have checked out quite a few to see which companies make just the muffler. if anyone has any tips or suggestions, theyd be appreciated, thanks.

 

Have you thought about an ES Muffler? Check out www.jdmhondaparts.com I think they're only like $89.

you are looking for a muffler? i assume you are getting custom piping. what style are you looking for? ES ovals are nice and so is their 5zigen 304 style. but if you are about performance i suggest mandrel bent piping and a resonator in place of the cat with a free flow muff. just my $0.02. HTH

Straight pipe = Loud as hell. sometimes sometimes

 

no resonator == sounds bad

 

anyone here using the ES muffler? i'm either getting that one or a Magnaflow. i hear both are quality and somewhat quiet for the size. thanks.
