I currently have S-TECH springs on stock Integra GS-R shocks in my 93 EG daily driver and I am very happy with the way it rides . Almost feels like its not even lowered. In my opinion they are the smoothest riding lower springs I have owned. Previous springs such as Nuespeed race and Skunkworks coil-overs didn't work to well with stock shocks Hope that helps a little.
