Default Old Ground Control coilovers...need help with spring rates

My friend gave me an old set of ground control springs today , but we dont know what car they were made for, spring rates, etc...I was hoping you could help out...

One set of springs say:

GC200.64.53 08/99

The other:

0800.250.0225 41/98

Any ideas? Would these work for a 96 dx coupe? Which ones are the front springs?

Thanks in advance

Alfred

Thanks for the link, very informative....so the spring rates I have are basically useless, well not useless, but far from what is good.

Any ideas on what these were for originally?

Really? Great, thanks for the help!! Appreciate it!!

PS... I HATE THIEVES!! Instead of installing my new old ground controls, I've spent the last hour or so replacing my ignition that someone broke off while TRYING to steal my car...

Thanks again!
