i dirve barefoot and when it rains theres a leak that drips on my feet. i think it;s the fresh air inlet but i realy dont know. is this common and or a easy fix?

I had a similar problem, but i never saw or felt any water dripping. After pulling the whole dash out & checking for leaks without finding anything. I found out what was happening by accident. I had to get my windshield replaced due to a large crack. Ever since no water! I guess it was leaking somewhere around the seal. I'm not sure if this your problem, but I'm glad my feet aren't wet anymore.

It very well could be.

Every single joint under the EF dash is made out of cheap foam. It's going to be completely deteriorated in every one of our 10+ year old cars.

Rip it all out and reseal it.

 

I get the same sort of deal in my CRX. It seems that water appears on the floor sometimes when the car is parked at certain angles while raining. I have yet to explore.
