How would you launch a stock 99 si?

How would you launch a stock 99 si?
Ive been doing some searching around and I know this is a frequently talked about topic...How do i Launch? well ive done afew searches and ive gotten alot of different answers.
Iv'e heard pple launch at 3k rpm, 4k rpm, and 5k rpmn and what not...
Also I've heard alot of differnt idea on what to do with the clutch, should I...dump it?, feather it, or slip it out.
I've read alot of threads and people say practice well i do and i spin alot if I launch at 5k (dumped clutch).
I'm pretty much stock and my clutch is stock too, what do you guys think?

If the street is cold because of the weather then that will let you spin too.
