Default Kevlar lining on a OEM clutch disc ?

I had a carbon kevlar composite lined on my old stock LS disc once in Miami... the clutch was GREAT for a mildly powered street car and held up to lots of abuse... I really liked it. Problem is... the shop that had it done for me is now defunct and I can't find where to get this done again.

Are there any places that do this that somone could hook me up w/ the name ?

I don't know of any other places, but you have sparked my interest....

Did they lay the Kevlar over the stock clutch material? Wouldn't it wear through to the normal clutch eventually?

Well I'm sure they ditched the stock lining and relined from the disc directly... but I don't know much about how it's done... I just know I loved that setup !!!

Stage 5 Clutchmasters PP, Carbon-Kevlar lined stock disc....like a ricer... I could spin tires in any gear but 5th... Engagement was a dream considering I had the heavy duty PP.
