what are some little things i could do to get a little more power out of my hx i have intake exhaust headers cam gear pulleys 60mm throttle body wires an plugs springs. but im looking for something to do for little cost... what you guyz think???

Really, the most reasonable thing to do would be a swap.

Simple things first adjust your timing,do a valve adjustment, get some good spark plugs , possibly a CAI: a V2 is spendy but would work well. High flow cat or no cat if you can get away with it. hummmmm....... Ignition box, fuel pressure regualor, chipped ECU.............
A swap would be benificial , and make probaly the most sense. you could spend lots of cash on bolt ons and still not get near the power of a GSR swap
Increase the spark energy. The coils are much more powerful and will improve all around driveability and throttle response

stock honda ignitions are good for tons of horsepower (unless you're running really high compression or boost)

I have had a whole bunch of sucess and like the Crane Hi6 unit with an LX92 coil. It has a two stage rev limiter, boost retard capabilities and a whole bunch of other features and it costs around 220 for the box 50 for the coil , you can probably find it for cheaper as a package
You will have to do a side by side comparison to find out exactly what features are better on which

EDIT:
Ignitions are worthless on Hondas IMO unless you have very serious fuel delivery (major turbo/all motor), which you do not.
Forget messing with the engine right now. Others will talk ****, but I've seen a dyno comp between similiarly modded Ex and HX engines and the HX laid down more power than the EX engine. The HX has a more efficient camshaft with roller followers and if you get a good intake and header for it it can make good power for a SOHC.
Also your HX has very restrictive emissions controls, and if you live in an emissions sate it may be difficult to modify the exhaust manifold/cat area without automatcially failing emissions. See your cat is in the exhuast manifold, and you have a very sensitive ECU that will probably throw a CEL for cat efficiency low if you change the cat, so unless you live in an non-emissions area i'd leave the header idea alone.
If you want a header I'll tell you how you'll have to work that out - it requires a little bit of custom exhaust work and an EX header and cat, but again I can explain later.
If you want the car to haul much more *** then get an EX tranny.
You do have a manual gearbox, right?
The HX 5-speed tranny has really tall gearing and a fuel efficient final drive, so they suck ***** for acceleration.
You can get more power out of that HX engine and it will still be slow because of the tranny.

ya i got 5spd an mah boys trying to sell me his ex tranny for 200 is that a good deal???
SO when I saw hp gains on my LS with a greddy kit that was worthless huh? I do not consider a greddy kit a major turbo kit

Got the dyno charts to prove it?
Didn't think so...
BTW:
Chris Rado had a 10 second Integra with the stock Acura ignition system. It was a turbo class car.
Erick Aguilar had the world's quickest N/A Honda running 10's - on a stock ignition system.
I rest my case.

really, well I guess every one who makes ignition boxes and everyone who purchases those boxes are just wasting their money , I should just go back to a weak ***, inconstant spark so I can reduce my timing and my boost pressure, oh thats the way you make power. And I am sure that those people are truely running a FACTORY ignition system..
