$4500 rev hard stage 2 , tuned obd1 ecu (dyno) rc 450 injectors installed?

all brand new and installed and towed to a dyno for tuning

Id say no, but thats me. You could piece together a much better kit and get it tuned for that much, Thats like 2k for install and dyno.
